Job Context:
We are looking for a passionate Software Sales Executive to join our fast-paced team. The sales executive should understand the product’s components and be able to illustrate how they operate. His/her task will involve determining the customer’s needs and proposing and presenting solutions.
Major Responsibilities:
- Online-based new lead generation globally – VPN Reseller and Customized Software.
- Lead follow-up and conversion.
- Existing customer monitoring (Payment collection, consultation to increase sales volume, introduce new packages and services, customize promotional packages for them to maximize sales revenue.
- Payment confirmation, cross-check paid invoice, and account balance.
- Market intelligence – competitor data collection and customer demand interpretation.
- Lead Hunting & Conversion (B2B & B2C)
- Sales analysis – daily, weekly, and monthly report preparation and presentation (Monthly)
Sales Reports Includes:
- Growth rate in Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly
- Sale forecast
- New customers onboarding report
- Sales volume generated by the resellers/customers monthly and annually
- Customers/Resellers Ranking in terms of volume and revenue
- List of competitors
Experiences /Skills:
- A Bachelor’s degree in IT, business, or a related field.
- A minimum of 1 year of global sales experience.
- Technical knowledge and a comprehensive understanding of how the company products work.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (knowing Chinese and English will be preferred).
- The ability to identify and follow up on leads.
- Exceptional skills in selling products and closing deals.
- Knowledge of sales promotion techniques.
- Excellent presentation skills and professional appearance.
Job Location: Shyamoli, Dhaka
Salary: 25,000 – 40,000 BDT (Negotiable based on experiences)
