Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimize marketing strategies that support business growth. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in marketing strategy and execution, digital product marketing, market research, and marketing analysis, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

The Marketing Executive will be responsible for a variety of tasks crucial to our marketing success:

  • Develop, plan, and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals and product roadmaps
  • Lead digital product marketing initiatives by defining Product positioning, supporting Pricing strategy, executing Promotional campaigns, and ensuring effective Placement for successful go-to-market execution.
  • Manage and optimize marketing campaigns across digital channels such as social media, search engines, email marketing, and content platforms
  • Track KPIs and provide recommendations for improving future campaigns.
  • Conduct in-depth market research, customer segmentation, and competitor analysis to identify market opportunities, trends, and gaps
  • Analyze marketing data, campaign performance, and customer insights using analytics tools; prepare regular reports with actionable recommendations
  • Work closely with product, sales, design, and business teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and effective campaign execution
  • Monitor marketing stratagies and deliverables to ensure efficient use of resources and timely execution
  • Track industry trends, digital marketing innovations, and emerging tools to continuously improve marketing effectiveness and strategy
  • Present performance findings and insights to stakeholders to support strategic decision-making.
  • Develop and update marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and case studies.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field (required).
  • 1-3 years of proven experience in a marketing role, with demonstrated experience in digital marketing.

Skills & Competencies

  • Expertise in core marketing principles and brand management.
  • Proven experience in marketing strategy and execution
  • Sufficient knowledge of digital product marketing
  • Experience in market research and marketing data analysis
  • Analytical mindset with strong communication skills
  • Ability to think creatively, solve problems, and work both independently and as part of a team.
