Marketing Executive

Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in executing our comprehensive marketing strategy, with a strong focus on digital marketing initiatives. This role requires a solid understanding of marketing principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

The Marketing Executive will be responsible for a variety of tasks crucial to our marketing success:

Marketing Strategy & Execution

  • Assist in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and target audience needs.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing activities and campaigns.
  • Conceptualize creative marketing campaigns aimed at high engagement and virality.
  • Gather and share actionable insights from campaigns, social listening, and analytics tools.
  • Track KPIs and provide recommendations for improving future campaigns.
  • Present performance findings and insights to stakeholders to support strategic decision-making.
  • Develop and update marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and case studies.

Digital Marketing Focus

  • Contribute in Managing the company’s social media presence across platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram), including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement.
  • Execute Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM)/PPC strategies to increase website traffic and lead generation.
  • Contribute to develop and manage email marketing campaigns, from content creation and segmentation to performance analysis.
  • Analyze digital marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics and provide actionable insights for optimization.

Content & Communication

  • Contribute to the creation of high-quality, engaging content for blogs, newsletters, and promotional materials.
  • Coordinate with design and sales teams to ensure brand consistency across all communications.
  • Assist in organizing and promoting company events, webinars, or trade shows.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field (required).
  • 1-3 years of proven experience in a marketing role, with demonstrated experience in digital marketing.

Skills & Competencies

  • Expertise in core marketing principles and brand management.
  • Strong practical knowledge of SEO, SEM (PPC), social media marketing, and email marketing platforms.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics and other marketing performance tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to think creatively, solve problems, and work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with graphic design tools is a plus.
