Overview
As an HR Lead, the candidate will play a strategic role in aligning human resources functions with organizational objectives. Candidates need to be skilled in talent management, recruitment, and performance coordination. Additionally, he/she will contribute to designing retention plans, developing HR policies, and managing budgets. The HR Lead will serve as a strategic partner, advisor, and coach to ensure a safe and welcoming culture for all people, organizational performance, and efficiency and effectiveness of work processes.
Responsibilities:
- Talent Management: Responsible for complete Talent management, including resource planning, analytics, Talent Mapping, etc.
- Recruitment and Networking: Identify and source qualified candidates and establish good relationships with university career clubs and programs.
- Performance Management: Formulate and coordinate the end-to-end KPI-based performance management process.
- HR Policy Development: Assist in designing, developing, and updating HR policies as per Industrial practice and Bangladesh Labor LAW.
- Manpower Analysis: Prepare organograms for manpower analysis.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage the salary budget.
- Training and Development: Prepare and execute the training plan, including designing training modules under the guidance of supervisors.
- Reward and Recognition: Coordinate reward and recognition programs as needed.
- Strategic HR Leadership: Understand the business requirements and lead the HR activities as a business partner.
- Organizational Development (OD)
- Implementation Design and implement OD strategies to improve employee productivity, retention, and organizational effectiveness.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to assess needs, plan interventions, and execute change management initiatives.
- Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and overall workplace culture
Experience Requirements
- At least 5 year(s).
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): IT-Software

- Ability to drive engagement with relevant internal and external stakeholders.
- Clear and concise communication and presentation skills in both verbal and written contexts.
- Experience with highly ambiguous and/or start-up environments.

Financial and Other Benefits:
Emolument: Negotiable

Day off: 02 days in a week (Friday & Saturday)
Work hours: From 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
Emolument Review: 1st January (Yearly)
Festival Bonus: 02 (Yearly).
