Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in selling ERP solutions, with a focus on Odoo and other leading ERP platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and exceed sales targets for Odoo ERP and other ERPs.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and relationship building.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in potential client organizations.
- Understand client needs, recommend suitable ERP solutions, and effectively communicate the value proposition.
- Collaborate with the pre-sales and technical teams to ensure accurate and tailored proposals are presented to clients.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the ERP space.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with clients to close deals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven track record of 5+ years of success in selling ERP solutions, with a focus on Odoo.
- In-depth knowledge of Odoo ERP and familiarity with other ERP systems.
- Strong understanding of business processes and how ERP solutions can address client needs.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with CRM software for tracking and managing sales activities.
- Industry certifications in sales or ERP solutions.
- Knowledge of the competitive landscape in the ERP market.
