We are looking for an experienced AI Systems Architect to lead this journey.
This is not a traditional Machine Learning or AI Engineer role. You won’t spend your time training models or building isolated AI features. Instead, you’ll architect the AI foundation that powers our entire organization.

What You’ll Do
As our AI Systems Architect, you will
Design and evolve Kolpolok’s AI Operating System.
- Architect scalable AI infrastructure and enterprise AI solutions.
- Build intelligent multi-agent systems for Engineering, HR, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, Customer Support and Leadership.
- Design secure enterprise knowledge systems using RAG, AI memory and modern knowledge management techniques.
- Integrate AI with internal applications, databases, APIs and business systems.
- Build AI-powered software development workflows, coding assistants and engineeringautomation.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend the right models, frameworks andarchitecture for different business needs.
- Optimise AI systems for performance, security, reliability and cost.
- Establish engineering standards, AI governance and best practices across the organization.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who combines strong software engineering skills with a passion for building intelligent systems.
You should have:
- Strong experience building production-grade software systems.
- Hands-on experience developing production AI applications using modern LLMs.
- Excellent Python and backend engineering skills.
- Experience with Agentic AI frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, OpenAI AgentsSDK or similar.
- Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), embeddings and vector databases.
- Experience integrating AI with APIs, databases and enterprise applications.
- Strong understanding of AI architecture, prompt engineering, tool calling, model evaluation and AI system design.
- Experience deploying AI solutions using cloud or self-hosted infrastructure.

Experience with any of the following is highly valued:
- Model Context Protocol (MCP)
- Knowledge Graphs
- Local or open-source LLM deployment
- Kubernetes or GPU infrastructure
- Workflow orchestration platforms
- AI security and governance

Experience
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- 2+ years designing or building production AI applications using Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Experience leading technical architecture or enterprise software initiatives is highly preferred.
