AI Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and motivated AI Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will work on designing, developing, and deploying AI-driven solutions to solve complex business problems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build scalable, efficient, and innovative AI models and systems.

Major Responsibilities:

• Identify and promote innovative use cases for Al and GenAI.
• Support the development of custom Al applications, models and solutions.
• Work on functional design, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), prototyping, testing, training and defining support procedures, in collaboration with other teams.
• Lead and develop chatbot (ChatGPT) and automation business flow using Microsoft technology stack such as MS OpenAI, Al Search, Power Platform etc.
• Conduct evaluations of the Large Language Models provided by the key players in the market.
• Encourage experimentation and prototyping to drive digital transformation.
• Advise on a broad range of technology associated with Al.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in AI/ML model development and deployment.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java, with strong knowledge of frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for deploying AI solutions.
• Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, and mathematical concepts (linear algebra, statistics, optimization).
• Hands-on experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
• Familiarity with MLOps tools (e.g., MLflow, Kubeflow, or Airflow) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, or reinforcement learning.
• Experience with big data tools like Spark, Hadoop, or Apache Kafka.
• Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
