This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) applies to Goti VMS, developed and operated by Kolpolok Limited, an ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 27001:2022 certified company, as “Kolpolok”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) 

It describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you access or use our fleet management system, mobile applications, websites, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

Note: This Policy applies where our “Services” display or reference this “Privacy Policy” of Goti VMS. It does not apply to activities covered by a different service by the same team.

Introduction

Goti VMS is designed for businesses and organizations to manage vehicle surveillance, GPS management, and related data.

In some cases, we process Personal Information at our clients’ direction. When we do, we act as a data processor/service provider and follow client instructions.

If you are an employee, visitor, or end-user of one of our clients, please refer to that organization’s privacy policy.

• Name, company, job title, email, phone, and address.
• Billing name, address, and payment details (if applicable).
• Emails, chat transcripts, or call recordings via live support.

Information Collected Automatically

• IP address, MAC address, mobile IDs, operating system, device model, browser type
• GPS location, metadata, and analytics generated by hardware connected to Goti VMS. (Depending on device/app settings.)
• Pages visited, features used, session logs, and interaction history.

Information from Other Sources

• Data from systems connected to Goti VMS.
• Data collected by vendors working on our behalf.
• Information available under applicable law.

How We Use Personal Information

• Operating and maintaining Goti VMS.
• Detecting fraud, preventing unauthorized access, and ensuring system integrity.

The Goti VMS administration team, or Kolpolok Limited, implements technical, administrative, and physical safeguards to protect Personal Information. Keep in mind that no method of data transmission or storage is 100% secure.

We retain Personal Information for as long as it is necessary to provide our services, comply with applicable legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. 

International Data Transfers

Personal Information may be stored and processed in countries where Kolpolok Limited or its service providers operate. We use appropriate safeguards (e.g., contractual clauses, VPNs, and firewalls) to protect data during cross-border transfers.

Children’s Privacy

Goti VMS is not intended for individuals under 13. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children. It is highly prohibited for the use of children, minors, and any individuals under 13.
