Job Summary

We are seeking a strategic, experienced, and performance-driven Growth Marketing Lead to Plan and execute integrated marketing initiatives that drive business growth, strengthen brand positioning, and support product success. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in marketing strategy, product marketing, market intelligence, campaign management, and data-driven decision-making, with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and mentor team members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with organizational objectives, business goals, and product roadmaps.
  • Lead end-to-end go-to-market (GTM) planning and execution for SaaS products, including market positioning, value proposition, pricing support, promotional strategy, and distribution planning.
  • Develop and execute B2B lead generation strategies for white-label software products.
  • Drive integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels, ensuring consistent brand messaging and measurable business impact.
  • Conduct market research, customer segmentation, competitor bench-marking, and industry analysis to identify growth opportunities and strategic insights.
  • Analyze marketing performance, campaign ROI, customer behavior, and market trends using analytics tools, and provide actionable recommendations to senior management.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, Business Development, Design, and Engineering teams to ensure successful product launches and marketing alignment.
  • Develop annual and quarterly marketing plans, manage campaign calendars, budgets, and resource allocation to maximize marketing effectiveness.
  • Lead brand-building initiatives and ensure consistency across all marketing communications and customer touch-points.
  • Evaluate emerging marketing technologies, digital trends, and AI-driven marketing tools to improve campaign performance and operational efficiency.
  • Mentor and guide junior marketing team members, ensuring knowledge sharing, professional development, and high-performance execution.
  • Establish marketing KPIs, monitor performance against targets, and prepare strategic reports and presentations for management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification will be considered an advantage.
  • 4–6 years of professional experience in marketing. Preferable in SaaS product.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing marketing strategies that deliver measurable business results.
  • Strong expertise in brand management, and go-to-market strategy.
  • Solid experience in market research, customer insights, competitive analysis, and marketing analytics.
  • Hands-on experience with digital marketing platforms, marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, project management, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and team leadership abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the SaaS, software, technology, or digital products industry.
  • Professional certifications in Product Marketing, Google Analytics, CRM Tools, or similar platforms.
