Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Full Stack Web Developer, located in Dhaka, Bangladesh. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building scalable backend systems, working with real-time data, and contributing to production-grade applications. You will work closely with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to develop robust APIs, optimize system performance and build reliable solutions for real-world applications including telematics (VMS/VTS) systems.

Key Responsibilities
Develop & Maintain: Build and maintain scalable backend systems using Laravel / Lumen
API Development: Design and develop secure, efficient RESTful APIs
Real-time Systems: Work with real-time data processing (WebSocket, events, queues)
Database Optimization: Write optimized queries and ensure database performance
System Integration: Integrate third-party services (payment gateways, APIs, etc.)
Collaboration: Work closely with frontend developers using Vue.js / React.js
Debug & Improve: Troubleshoot issues and continuously improve system performance
Ownership: Take responsibility for assigned tasks and deliver high-quality solutions.
Required Qualifications & Skills
• Experience: Minimum2+ years in backend/web application development
• Strong proficiency in PHP and Laravel framework
• Experience withVue.js or React.js
• Experience with REST API development
• Good understanding of MySQL/PostgreSQL
• Familiarity with Linux (Ubuntu server environment)
• Experience using Git (version control)
• Basic understanding of real-time systems (WebSocket, queues, events)
• Knowledge of authentication systems (JWT, OAuth, etc.)
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
• Good communication and teamwork ability
(Nice-to-Have) Skills
- Knowledge of Golang and/or Python
- Experience with telematics systems (VMS/VTS) or GPS tracking
- Familiarity with Redis / caching systems
- Basic understanding of Docker / CI-CD pipelines
- Experience with high-load or scalable systems
- Understanding of networking / VPN concepts
