Position Overview:

We are looking for Business Analysts to join our team responsible for ERP implementation projects. As a Business Analyst, you will be the single point of contact for customers/clients, leading a project from beginning to end. Your daily tasks are mainly done from our office in Shyamoli, Dhaka.
Major Responsibilities:
- Analyzing customer’s needs and suggest solutions before Implementing the agreed solutions (configuration & development)
- Project coordination: Manage the whole project, timelines and successful completion of project deliverable’s
- Implement our Odoo software and deliver tailor-made training
- Provide customer with functional assistance
- Collaborate with Odoo’s developers to execute specific customers’ business requirements, as well as working with sales team in pre & post-sales
- Support the growth of our partner network to become Odoo experts
- Communicate with Customer, Odoo Functional Experts, and Odoo Developers
Experience: 2 to 3 Years
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in any Discipline
Additional Expertise:
- Skills on Odoo are preferred. Experience in ERP Software is a must
- Good business analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Expertise in writing User Story, BRS, FRS, and SRS is a plus
- A good understanding of UI/UX
- Accustom to any project management tool like Jira, Redmine, etc.
- Working with technical and non-technical stakeholders and board members with excellent communication and analytical skills
- Fluent in English
