Job Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Paid Media Specialist to plan, execute, optimize, and scale paid advertising campaigns across multiple digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience managing performance marketing campaigns for both lead generation and app marketing across international markets.

You will be responsible for driving qualified leads for various services and increasing subscription conversions while continuously improving campaign performance, tracking accuracy, and return on ad spend (ROAS).

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Microsoft/Bing Ads, and other advertising platforms.
  • Manage app acquisition campaigns for Android and iOS using Google App Campaigns, Apple Search Ads, and other relevant channels.
  • Research audiences, competitors, keywords, and market trends to develop effective campaign strategies.
  • Optimize campaigns to improve CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, app installs, subscriptions, and lead quality.
  • Set up and monitor conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, Meta Pixel, Microsoft Clarity, and other analytics tools.
  • Troubleshoot campaign performance issues, tracking discrepancies, attribution problems, and conversion drops.
  • Analyze campaign data and prepare actionable performance reports with optimization recommendations.
  • Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, audiences, bidding strategies, and campaign structures.
  • Work closely with the SEO, content, design, and product teams to improve landing page conversion rates and campaign performance.
  • Manage advertising budgets efficiently while maximizing performance.
  • Explore and adopt new advertising platforms such as TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Reddit Ads, X Ads, or other emerging channels whenever appropriate.
  • Stay up to date with advertising platform updates, privacy changes, attribution models, and industry best practices.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in digital performance marketing.
  • Proven experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
  • Practical experience with Microsoft/Bing Ads.
  • Experience with Apple Search Ads is preferable.
  • Strong understanding of app marketing, app install campaigns, and subscription-based products is a significant advantage.
  • Experience working with various ad networks and digital advertising platforms.
  • Experience running campaigns across multiple countries and international markets.
  • Strong knowledge of campaign optimization, bidding strategies, audience segmentation, and remarketing.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, conversion APIs, and campaign tracking.
  • Ability to identify performance bottlenecks and troubleshoot conversion and tracking issues independently.
  • Experience working with lead generation and SaaS/subscription-based businesses is preferred.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong communication and reporting skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of campaign performance.
  • Working knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and landing page optimization is preferred. 

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with VPN, SaaS, cybersecurity, or technology products.
  • Knowledge of Apple Search Ads optimization.
  • Experience with TikTok Ads and other emerging advertising platforms.
  • Familiarity with attribution tools such as AppsFlyer, Adjust, or Branch.
  • Understanding of landing page optimization and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
